| So for whatever reason i feel like making a post. Lucky you!? you the one who reads this... Only i am not sure what i want to post.
As some of you know i am not always the best when it comes to articulating what i want to say... is it then odd that i write?... anyways. This might be bad but i have noticed that i am starting to have a recent tendency to listen to a song watch a movie, read a book, or something to that effect but take whats said, the lyrics, the story, whichever it might be and then take it and change it. find a meaning, a story, something deeper then might have ever been hidden within the creation of it.
I duno if you ever experienced it but its like having an art class or some reading class where your teacher is asking you to delve into it and find the mysteries that the creator instilled that, in my humble opinion unless the creator left a note saying what he was thinking or meant in the making of his art you will never truly figure it out. Yet because its a graded assignment you force yourself to pull some random crap out as an answer just to get done with it... But now that i have no need to see my own meaning behind something i am noticing that i can find it. Take a secular song and find truths in it, read a fictional story and take from it meaning that might or might not have been thought of while it was being written.
but you see i think that, that annoying question of what did the writer/artist mean, least in my view now was never meant for you to ever figure out, I at least think that its asking or should be asked what meanings, feelings, truths, inspirations, are you finding yourself as you read, look at, listen to the art that was created.
We all have our own view of life and the worlds we live in, and so the answers to that question will be if answered with though will be different for each person. Think about it though, bible studies, small groups... your, in a simple way to put it, taking a great work of art by an amazing creator and finding your meaning and sharing it with the group. Perhaps when looking at God and his creation, his art, his stories, one should look past the question that our art teachers ask. 'What do you think the creator ment?' and ask 'What do you think the creator left here for you to discover?' what truths, meanings, feelings, inspirations and anything else did he put here in this moment, the passage you read for you to discover with your own mind instead of trying to delve into the infinite mysteries that is God.
Sure that could have its risks, but if you think that God did create you, he did give you the mind, the view that you have, and he knows your views... don't you think that just perhaps that in his art he has things that your meant to discover, that only you can see it the way you do? Not that trying to understand God is a bad thing... but wont you discover more about him as you find these messages hidden in the worlds we live?
Also something to think about. If God is everywhere and everything and all powerfully and all Love... cant he take things people might have created with no thought of him, or perhaps even by people who despise him. and use even those things at times to speak his hidden messages? not that i have great examples... but i think it should be possible right?
I guess what this is basically saying, is don't conform to the ideal person, ideal Christian... whatever that might be... and sacrifice who you are. After all its the real you, the one behind the masks that you wear, the mask society and life seam to force on us. Its not through the eyes of the masks but through the eyes of the real you that you can and will discover the secrets meant for you.
now wouldn't it life be more exciting to go out looking for those secrets?
Who knows, you might even discover something you cant help but share... and who knows what effect that will have. Perhaps your words, actions, your art will carry secrets of their own, and perhaps God will be so inclined to use you... and you might not even know it.
And I suppose this is where i will stop... its sort of interesting what comes out... this wasn't planed at all. Well then till next time the wind carries me back here.

| so i am on my way home, have been travling since about 5:45 first by train; which wasnt so bad i the night train was fun i ended up ridding with 3 atractive girls. 2 of which were from Alstrlia(to tired really to try and figure it out) taking like 3 months to travel all over Europe. and the other...from all over really but her "nest" persay is in berlin she travels around alot and has been doing so most of her life. she plays the piano and other keyed instramens, dances, sings, composes, and in doing so gets to travel a great deal. what else... her parents did about the same thing when she was growing up so she is use to living with little and travling with less. and has been all over the place, encluding but deffently not limited to jeruslem
Anyways after getting off the train i jumped in a cab and went to the airport. at which i been waiting since a little before 5 am. neadless to say i got some sleep but not to to much on the train and since i could could not check in yet i simply passed out on the floor waiting till i could check in and go to my gate. but just recently one of the gentalmen at the counter woke me and invited me into the private lounge since it is much more comfertable... not sure if its ment just for staff... or the VIPs but he said he was making an exception for me. and thus is how i am able to write this little update concerning my adventures so far on the return trip.
Anyways feeling the need for food, going to look around and probably eat another one of Martina's sandwiches she packed for me. | | |
| I am up in Holland now staying with Martina. Love the trip so far really not looking forward to going back to the states. its just been nice and relaxing so far and i have been able to see and learn alot, and thanks to Martina i get to stay longer. anyways just a short update. | | |
| Great News!!
So I will be Staying in Europe till the 18th!!
was all really last min, but thanks to a really awesome girls inspiration and offer i will be able to stay. I was worried about the prices, but i just got off the phone with my teacher thats leading the trip and she just confirmed that I will be able to change the date of my ticket for only $75!!!!!
and my mom and sister thought this was going to be impossible, shows them to tell me something is going to be hard or impossible
anyways the plan is to go up to Holland Via the Train on the 11th instead of going home and then spend a week with Martina and then get back down to Berlin by 9 something in the morning on the 18th

| So, for once in like forever i actually have something to update with.

I know.
First and foremost i have discovered an incredible name for a girl. its something i never thought of before, and i cant get how cool of name it is out of my mind. anyways its Hunter. the girl i met with the names pretty cool too. I suppose if you want any more understanding you will just have to continue to read.
So in 5 Days I am leaving for a little more then a week in Germany through my school, so I get 3 credits for going and hanging out in Germany. which i suppose if your still bothering to read this then you probably know how excited i must be, because this means i get to go to Europe! that and it counts towards my schooling.
So we had our meeting today about the details of the trip, also was the first meeting where most of us where present for. thats where i met Hunter, she strikes me as very interesting, could be from just her name, aannyways so we got some more information on what we are going to be doing over there. some of the highlights are that we are going to be going see an Opera version of Hansel and Gretel, Going to get to see a castle, see art and the like, getting plenty of free time, and eating at some famous places to eat there was well staying a day or two in a very historical small town.
Anyways. so me and Hunter worked out a carpool for getting to the airport so that 4 of us now don't have to pay for parking. She gave me her number... didn't ask for it. maybe i should call her sometime before the trip.
Speaking of Phones though i finally got a new one. its the same number so don't worry about that. but its 100 times better then what i did have.
Anyways to summerise. Hunter is an awesome name for a girl, Going to Germany, and got a new phone!
